Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Registering and setting up your business, fleet, and team is free and cardless. You only add a card when you subscribe to a plan.
How does the free trial work?
Your first subscription starts with a free trial — you pick a plan, enter payment details, and aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. The trial applies once per business.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Setup → Billing → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your data is never deleted — you can come back and pick up where you left off.
How do extra users and locations work?
Every paid plan includes a set number of team seats and locations. Need more? Add extra seats on any plan, and extra locations on Growth and Business — up to 10 locations in total, self-serve from Billing. Past 10 locations, get in touch and we'll set you up with Enterprise.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing is deleted and nothing breaks — you just can't add new items, seats or locations past your plan's limit until you add an add-on or move up a plan, which you can do anytime from Billing.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country, and VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it.
